We proudly source our beans from a single family-owned farm, where generations of growers hand-pick each coffee cherry with care. This isn’t just a supply chain — it’s a relationship built on trust, respect, and tradition.
At Café Martín, we believe that great coffee shouldn’t be rushed. That’s why we roast in small batches — just 50 pounds per day — to ensure every bean gets the attention it deserves. No mass production. No shortcuts. Just honest, artisan coffee with deep roots and bold flavor.
